A support contract is an agreement between a business and an IT service provider which outlines the services that the business will offer and the terms under which they will be provided.
Why have a support contract in place?
Sometimes having IT support on an ad hoc basis from a provider isn’t enough. The reliance on IT for some businesses is so great that they want the surety and peace of mind that having a support contract provides. Within these contracts a certain service legal agreement (SLA) is agreed meaning you know what service you will receive even before you need it!

Using our support contracts, we can work with you to decide what level of service you need, taking into account multiple sites where necessary, and then you can rest easy knowing our engineers are only a phone call away when you need support. If your requirement is overcomplex we have a number of partners who can support you making us a one stop shop.
We can offer very high level support which is an engineer on site within 4 working hours of the issue being reported (Priority 1), to 10 workings days (Priority 4) – depending on your business needs and the urgency of your IT support.
We can absolutely offer support outside of working hours, however as to the service level agreement this would depend on the locations of your sites and the number of the sites that need servicing. But get in touch and we can discuss.
There are 3 main factors which will affect the cost – the work you need us to do, the service level you want the work completed at, and number of sites, properties or users
The minimum contract length we offer is 12 months, but we do offer as high as 60 months.
As part of our discussions around your needs, we will agree an amount of call outs per year for which you will pay a one off fee. Any call outs above this, we will offer under the agreed terms of the SLA, but will be paid for on a job-by-job basis.
